True Blood tv show and Twilight movie got away with the most awards at the Spike TV Scream Awards. The Vampires seem to be the hot trend this year, whereas they were not considered so good the last year at the same ceremony.

True Blood has won Best TV Show; Best Villain for Alexander Skarsgard; Best Horror Actor for Stephen Moyer and Best Horror Actress for Anna Paquin. Twilight has won Best Fantasy Movie; Breakout Performance for Taylor Lautner.
