ABC to Fill the Sky With ‘V’

The ABC are about to start marketing their re-imagining of the 1980’s miniseries V in a very unique way, and you’ll have to look up in the sky to see it.

From October 23 until Novermber 3 a campaign to mark the sky with the distinctive red “V” will take place over several U.S. landmarks in different cities.  The sky-written image will be visible multiple times during the day leading up to the Novermber 3 release of the first four episodes of the series (before it is taken off air again, go figure).

The dates to check the sky, and where to check it, are after the jump.

Worst case, I can see panic. I hope they’re going to “promote the promotion.”

I live in Las Vegas and it’s so windy here today about 20-30 mph wind gusts. I didn’t see anything in the sky and I’ve been looking all day. I’m guessing they postponed it or scrapped the whole idea.
