Kellan Lutz has now officially confirmed that he is vying to get the role of Conan, a film based on a famous barbarian by Robert E. Howard. In an interview to E Online the Twilight actor said that he is auditioning for the role and he is one of the strongest contenders. Though he does not have any official confirmation from the production house but Lutz sounded confident. The fight won’t be very easy as Lutz has to compete against actors like Jason Momoa. Conan the Barbarian is going to be a very different movie from the one that starred Arnold Schwarzenegger. Even if Lutz bags the role he has an uphill task of matching the role of Conan played by Arnold!
