Merger between the two giants, Walt Disney Company and Marvel Entertainment is complete. Marvel Entertainment has announced this through their official press release. The deal was waiting for final approval since the announcement of the merger last August. The stockholders approved the deal after a closed door meeting on Thursday morning. Industry experts believe that the toughest hurdle has been crossed and the fulfillment of the remaining conditions will be a cakewalk. Disney will be the owner of Marvel soon after the merger is finally seen through and that can happen any day now. We all wait to see how the merger affects functioning of the comic book giant.
