‘District 9′ Clip – Back Off
Here’s another and very cool clip from director Neill Blomkamp’s highly anticipated District 9.
In this one Wikus (Sharlto Copley) defends himself from a local mob boss and his gang using alien weaponry.

District 9 is one of the most highly anticipated sci-fi films of 2009. It follows events post the arrival of a million ‘Prawns’, aliens that find themselves marooned in a spacecraft above the skies of Johannesburg, South Africa.
The story takes place 28 years after their arrival at a time when humans and aliens have been forcd to coexist in a violent, poverty stricken town-like camp referred to as District 9. Sharlto Copley plays a corporate bureacrat who heads into the camp to forcibly relocate the aliens but things go wrong and Copley’s character is forced to forge an uneasy alliance them.
