Dollhouse and The Sarah Connor Chronicles Ratings Rebound

Eliza Dushku (Dollhouse) and Summer Glau (The Sarah Connor Chronicles)
This weeks’ ratings are in and things are looking much better for Dollhouse and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
Terminator jumped 18 percent in viewer numbers, hitting a total of 3.53 million.
Dollhouse jumped 22 percent to get 4.33 million viewers.
With the future of both of these series having been in question of late, these ratings improvements can only help their cause, especially when we consider these numbers don’t include post premiere DVR numbers.
When it comes to Dollhouse it’s still far too early to make a call on the future of the series, and given Joss Whedon has asked fans to tune in to see how the series goes from episode 6, I’m guessing next week’s ratings will show further improvement. If as Whedon says the series is about to find its feet, then the question mark may fade fairly quickly.
In the case of Terminator, it’s no secret that the last handful of episodes are going to get more intense and step up the action. Reports are we’re going to see more Terminator action and that the remaining four episodes are the best yet, so I’m also guessing Terminator ratings are also going to rise. I hope so, because whilst I admit some episodes have been mind-numbingly boring, it is nonetheless a top-quality series.
Make sure you tune in next week and demonstrate to Fox that you think the same.
