‘Dollhouse’ S02E02 ‘Instinct’ Promo’s and Images

After the second season’s premiere episode scored the worst ratings in Dollhouse’s history, I’m not so sure anyone is interested enough to read articles on Dollhouse. But just in case, here’s the synopsis, promo trailer, and a handful of images from the next Dollhouse episode, S02E02 ‘Instinct’.

All of it after the jump.

Synopsis:

Echo is imprinted with the memory of a mother with a newborn baby for Dollhouse’s latest business client. Complications arise when, thanks to Topher’s programming, Echo takes too strongly to motherhood due to her maternal instincts. Meanwhile, Perrin escalates his investigation into Rossum Corporation over the imprint technology. Also, DeWitt pays a visit to the former active November (Madeline Costley) where she has a dark agenda of her own.

I love Dollhouse, is a shame that it didn’t have good ratings, I hope this won’t be the last season, is really good, the problem is Fox (stupid Fox), they should move it to another time or another channel. Oh well, it won’t be the first time that one of the series I choose to watch get cancelled. Honestly I don’t know why Vampire Diaries got so good ratings and Dollhouse don’t. Maybe I’m getting older.

Thanks for writing articles about Dollhouse, and fringe, and supernatural,… well thanks for all the postings.

I’m a loyal Dollhouse follower, but even I won’t rearrange my Friday nights to see it. I have sort of a life. I wait for FOX to dump it on Hulu and then I feast.

Dollhouse cut its budget by a lot which I believe, according to rumors surrounding the renewal at the end of last season, is a big factor in its return. Wasn’t Epitaph One shot as an example of what the DH crew could do with a reduced budget? And look, the storytelling was hardly adversely affected there.

I think the DH crew knows its life is short and is less focused on gaining viewers and more on dishing out as much story as possible before the FOX chopping block (we can hope another Network picks it up. we can hope).
