Eight new images from Louis Leterrier’s Clash of the Titans have surfaced online.  Five are stills from the film debuted exclusively by Empire Mag, whilst the other three come from behind-the-scenes on set courtesy of EW.

In Clash of the Titans Sam Worthington plays Perseus, a warrior who volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades, the vengeful god of the underworld, before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth.

Additional cast members include Gemma Arterton (Quantum of Solace) as Io; Mads Mikkelsen (Casino Royale) as Draco; Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button) as Acrisius; and Alexa Davalos (Defiance) as Andromeda, a princess doomed to lose her life if Perseus does not succeed.

Clash of the Titans will be released in theaters:

Australia – April 1, 2010
