Director Breck Eisner is still working on a new Flash Gordon movie for 2012, but his plans don’t come to an end there by any means. He made it clear that he is writing the film as a source story that will be the start of a new Flash franchise. He also pointed that his version will be based on the original comic strips from the 1930s however that he will update those as well as shoot the movie as if the strips were drawn today. In one word, Breck is the perfect blend of adventure and action. Interesting stuff for movie buffs!
