Fox intend to air Fringe Season 1, Episode 19: ‘The Road Not Taken’ at 9pm this Thursday but with a little something extra for fans.

As the repeat airs, a number of cast and crew will provide live commentary via Twitter messages.  Their tweets will appear in a scrolling window at the lower part of the TV screen.

Participants will include exec producers Jeff Pinkner/J.H. Wyman and stars Joshua Jackson (Peter Bishop) and John Noble (Walter Bishop).

Fox have dubbed the special as a “Tweet-Peat”.

It will all happen live so yes, you can participate and have your questions answered. The Twitter accounts you’ll need to know about are:

Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman will be tweeting during both the Eastern Timezone (ET) and Pacific Timezone feeds.

Josh Jackson and John Noble will only be available during the ET broadcast.

    I check my local listings for Fringe it says the season finale will be next Thurdsday.
