Last weekend was we came up with something interesting at the box office. A fantasy named The Sorcerer’s Apprentice bombed loudly and not to mention badly at the box office, making a total earnings of merely $24 million since its opening last Wednesday. On the other hand, director Christopher Nolan came up with his Inception which can be termed as a challenging, daring, cerebral science fiction thriller. And guess what? It managed to earn as much as $60 million over the weekend, thereby hitting the high end of nearly every industry estimate for the film. Well, the credit goes to star power of Leonardo DiCaprio and Christopher’s credibility!
