John Barrowman, the Torchwood star is going to star in Desperate Housewives. He is not coming to Hollywood for Doctor Who’s American version but he is coming to play a cameo in Desperate Housewives. Though it is not yet clear what role Barrowman would play in the series but he definitely stands a good chance of convincing the bosses at Fox to consider him for the Americanized Captain Jack’s role. Torchwood is definitely going to be toned down to suit the American taste buds. Keep an eye for Barrowman at 9 p.m. Et on your favorite channel ABC.
