No Nick Fury Action Until ‘The Avengers’

This news is a couple of weeks old but I didn’t post anything back then so better late than never.
Samuel L. Jackson (aka Nick Fury) has told MTV News that he’ll be more or less just a talker in Iron Man 2.
“We still haven’t moved Nick Fury into the bad-ass zone,” Jackson said. “He’s still just kind of a talker.”
When asked if fans will have to wait until The Avengers to see action scenes featuring Nick Fury Jackson cryptically replied, “Looking forward to that, yeah.”

Jackson has a contract to appear in nine Marvel super-hero movies including Iron Man 2, Thor, Captain America, The Avengers, their sequels and possibly some as yet unannounced films. So it seems we can expect a lot of Nick Fury talking until The Avengers finally premieres. The complete Marvel release schedule is as follows:
Iron Man 2 will be released May 7, 2010
Spiderman 4 will be released on May 6, 2011
Thor will be released Jun 17, 2011
Captain America will be released July 22, 2011
The Avengers will be released May 4, 2012
