The Friday results are out and The Blind Side has emerged as the clear winner beating its nearest competitor The Twilight Saga: New Moon. This Sandra Bullock family drama has come out as a surprise winner amidst the great run being enjoyed by the nicely etched vampire romance. It was clear that we have a real battle on our hands when The Blind Side topped at the box office on the Thanksgiving day and managing to do the same on the following Wednesday. The Blind Side collected a total of $6.8 million for the week beating New Moon that managed to amass only $5.2 million.
