‘Star Wars’ Secret Origins of the Sith Statues
If you’re a serious Star Wars fan and you have plenty of money to burn, say around US $3000, then you’ll no doubt be interested to know about this particular collectible.
Sideshow Collectibles are offering a Limited Edition Sith Bronze Statue Set, capturing the ancient Sages of Dwartii in scaled miniature. This set features Sistros and Braata cast in high quality, heavy weight bronze.
Backstory: These two statues are modeled from the two bronze statues flanking the entrance to Palpatine’s private chamber. Within the statue of Sistros, a secret neuranium-lined hollow holds Palpatine’s lightsaber, hidden beneath the bronzed finish.
The set is limited to an edition size of only 25 pieces worldwide. I’m posting this article because the first 15 (at least) are already sold. There is, at most, only 10 of these left to buy in the world.
