‘Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles’ DVD Movie?

Thomas Dekker as John Connor in 'Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles'

If you’re a fan of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles here is the best news you’ve heard all year.

Although the show was cancelled by Fox back in May, Thomas Dekker (aka John Connor) has just confirmed that the fight to keep the show alive is far from over, and that the real possibility exists that it may continue in the format of a made-for-dvd movie.

The news comes via TV Addict who interviewed Dekker at the Annual FanExpo recently held at the Toronto Convention Center.

When asked if there had been any talk about continuing the show in another format, here is what Dekker replied:

They’ve spoken about doing a TV movie. Well, not a TV movie, but kind of like a direct-to-DVD movie. Obviously it’s difficult because the show is based on a movie and they just had one come out, so it’s kind of hard to make a movie with our show because everyone has kind of forgotten about us. But they’re hoping, at least when I spoke to James Middleton that’s where they are with it.

Just in case you unaware, James Middleton was the executive producer of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (and also an associate producer on Terminator Salvation and co-producer of Terminator Salvation: The Machinima Series). In the past Middleton has made no secret of his passion to continue the series. Back in June he raised hopes that the series might continue in another format by telling Sci Fi Wire, well, that he didn’t want to raise everybody’s hopes:

I feel like I don’t want to raise anybody’s expectations about what’s going to happen with those characters. I can tell you that I love those characters. I use a business term, and it sort of belies my emotional investment in these characters, but they are a great franchise asset. My passion for them is not diminished at all, and I’ll just leave it at that.

With rising hope that the show may return via DVD it’s hard not to wonder about where the storyline might lead after the awesome season 2 finale left John Connor in the future.  Thomas Dekker has some insight to offer there as well.

I’ve divulged too much in the past [so I have to be careful as to not piss off Josh] but I mean it was going to be really interesting because there were questions in the future like is Sarah Connor at the age she would be in the future or is she already dead? I know which one that is, and it was the more interesting of the two to me. Plus what is she doing in the past? Also my sort of relationship with Allison and finding Cameron would play a large part in the season, do I go with the robot I know or do I go with the human that doesn’t know me? The fact that Danny Dyson became a very important part of it was also very exciting because it harkened back directly to the second film.

And let’s not forget he also has a liquid metal Terminator by his side, what was said to be our last hope lurking about (the John Henry/Cameron hybrid Terminator), and a brand new but now in the dark Derek Reese to bring up to speed…oh yeah, and his father Kyle too.

Seriously, this show MUST continue and I can’t help but exclaim any hint that it might is great news, even if the hint is nothing more than producer discussions.

On that latter point I have a suggestion that none of the powers that be will listen to but I’ll throw it out there anyway.  Cancellation of the show related purely to money, so if there is any doubt about throwing money at production of a DVD movie, put the damn thing thing up for sale via pre-order right now.  I’m willing to bet it would rocket into the top selling DVD’s overnight.  Production can then move forward without any further delay, all fully funded by fans.

Just a nice (utopian) thought…

Well, good to hear. Who knows, maybe they would leave it open and depending on how well it sells, could lead to a 3rd season.

  2. starkiller said:

I love this show and I miss it. Terminator Salvation only made me miss it more. Maybe if Season 2 DVD sales are good enough we will get some more of this story. Thomas Dekker was the best John Connor, ever.

  3. ML said:

Damn, I want a whole third season! But a direct to dvd movie is better than nothing I guess. I agree with starkiller, Dekker is by far the best John Connor.

  4. ray said:

dekker was ok but to whiny/emo/wimpy to be the john connor

  5. Pipster24 said:

Would much rather a third season but I guess if it’s this or
nothing then I’d take it. And yes The Dekker is by far and away the best John Connor that ever was. But then all the characters were awesome which is what made the show so great. Bring back Cammy & John & Sarah & Derek & Riley & Ellison & Weaver & Savannah & John Henry

  6. nofate18 said:

This is great news! The season 2 finale left me craving for more. A direct to dvd movie is great however a season 3 would be the best. The fans are still fighting for our beloved show.
Thomas Dekker is the best John Connor. Watch the whole show from season 1 to the season 2 finale and you can see the transformation of John Connor from the so called emo John to the Future Leader of Mankind. Thomas did an exceptional job. And so did the rest of the cast (and crew).

  7. starkiller said:

John has to be whiny/emo/wimpy so we could see him start to change and yes, I’d pre-order a movie DVD or 3rd season, NOW.

  8. Tim said:

    Hell yeah I’d buy it!

    Best show ever!

  9. reneeccski said:

I’d totally buy a copy. TSCC was one of the best TV shows in the past decade. I even liked it more than HBO’s Rome, which is saying A LOT, given that Rome was absolutely fantastic and I’ve had a thing for the Romans since I was in 6th grade (and even majored in Classics in college).

  10. Kungfutrooper said:

Dekker did a great job as Connor, he really portrayed the character’s transformation through the two seasons and by season 2 John Connor was really hitting his stride. :D

I would buy the DVD movie quicker than you could blink, it’s a fantastic show and it needs a whole new season!! If money is what the suits are worried about– well they should know a return of TSCC would generate tons of money because the show has so many loyal fans and is far more popular, all over the world, than they give credit. Bring it back! Now!

  11. m_33 said:

I will definately buy (pre-order on amazon.com is my preffered way) a direct-to-dvd continuation.

(of course, I would pay for season 3 too)

  12. Cristina said:

I want this movie so much that I’d help finance it, if necessary.

  13. machinefighter said:

I loved the Sarah Connor Chronicles. I’ve written dozens of letters to execs at WB. No answer yet, but I’ll keep writng!I’d buy season 3 or a movieDVD in a heartbeat.

  14. vmarshmellow said:

    Please let this happen!

  15. kirirur said:

I would definitely prefer a whole third season, but a direct to dvd movie is better than nothing!! I agree with starkiller: Thomas is/was the best John Connor I ever seen!

Btw, remember, money talks: buy DVD or BD of TSCC season one and season two!

  16. arthur harris said:

here here!! yes, starkiller.. you are absolutely right.. his character allows for deveopment into the muture john connors. i hope it will take many dvd’s or seasons.. or big screen movies..

  17. Xen said:

I want at the least a min-series , at least 6 hours, something as a season 3. You can’t just make a 90 minute movie and wrap everything up, that would suck.

Josh Friedman created this series, he intended a 4 season story arc. 2 seasons down , 2 to go. It’s gotta be a series, you have to explore the situations and characters.
It must be Josh Friedman at the helm.

Thomas Dekker’s confessions on big things that happen in Season 3 is further proof that this is going somewhere. Don’t bastardize the series by going off of Josh Friedman’s story.

Not bringing Josh Friedman back will be a fate worse than death (cancellation).

Do you believe in the “Resurrection”?

  18. Guest88 said:

Bring back TSCC!! The Sarah Connor Chronicles deserves a proper ending.

  19. kikka said:

    FABULOUS!!!! I would pre-order my copy in a second…
No fate but we make!! Greetings to all the fans, old & new ^_^

    I will pray really hard.

  22. Severus said:

Just tell me where to send my money!!! Bring back TSCC!

  23. Fr0z3nB0nes said:

I love this show, its what got me into terminator in the first place. I’d seen the third film but it didn’t have much of a story, and salvation was lacking that as well. These episodes however were the bet.

If they did offer it on DVD before its made then I would definitely pre order it, just so I could see the end, I crave a good story and it gets to me that we don’t get to see the end of this one…

    …at least not yet :D

  24. allenmans said:

Make it happen. I’ll buy one.

  25. Alexis said:

Yes, please, we need more TSCC!!

  26. Andrey said:

I would definitely buy the dvd when it’s made, but I’d still prefer another season or seasons cause this show is IMHO the best show of the decade. It deserves to finish off the story line.

  27. Estefferson Torres said:

Hey Thomas, we didn’t forgot TSCC! The Resistance keeps fighting!!!

  28. spear401 said:

If the quality of writing is as high as the tv show, I would welcome a direct-to-dvd movie. Also, if there are no cast substitutions, I would welcome it.

    Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles
    TSCC Rules!!

  29. ray said:

really a bit surprised people liked the show THIS much it was alright, i liked the episode where cameron was bad samson and deliah [maybe they should have had her bad a few more episodes and less of the john and her in high school junk]

but a show like BSG blows it away imo

  30. GMAN2887 said:

We MUST get a DVD movie! The series was one of television’s best and it deserves a more suitable ending. The fans deserve it and they’ve earned it with all the hard work they’ve put in to reviving it.

    Give us back T:SCC.

    No fate kids.

  31. a05g said:

    Damn, i wanted a 3 season.
But a movie is better than nothing. I’ buy all the DVD’s in the store if we get it!!

    Thanks,
    Ewout

  34. arthur said:

I would by a dvd. I hope they don’t screw it up though. Greed will make them try to tie it into the rest of the franchise and TSCC blows T3 and T4 away.

TSCC was absolutely the best TV series ever.

want this great series back? go to savethescc.com and find out how. Check out tht Freakin Big Push and don’t forget the Global Resistance Rally 1pm EST every Sunday

My money are ready for DVD movie AND 3rd season of Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles! Sell them to me. NOW!!!

  36. Bryce said:

for closure i’d kill to see the direct to DVD movie. I’d prefer another season of episodes! but this will be exactly what is required before our favorite stars grow different looking! i’ll pay for it right now up front. and i cannot wait for my season two to ship in any day now….bring back TSCC

  37. varune said:

man they have to do it do justice to the show man
and give their loyal fans some closure if they were not going to renew the series then that is the least they could do

  38. Calle said:

YES DVD movie and a season 3 would be best but a DVD movie would be great!

  39. Lenesky said:

DVD movie sure sounds like a plan. I’d buy anything with Thomas Dekker in it :)
My vote would go to a 3rd season and afterwards, a DVD movie for a HUGE finale, and buckle the story up for good.

But that’s just me dreaming out loud. If a DVD movie gets made, you can count on my full support for this!

    Save TSCC!

  40. Amy said:

I’d buy a DVD. Of course, like everyone’s said another season would be better, but leaving it like this is horrible.

Just tell us what needs to happen to get the show back, and we’ll make it happen!

  41. Stewart said:

Man, I looked forward to this show every week, and even more than I looked forward to shows like 24 and Lost! And that’s hard to admit! I felt like they were totally hitting it on the head with the character development and the plotline. It was as if they’d taken a few cues from J.J. Abrams and actually focused on the people rather than just special effects. To me, that is an almost sure-fire way to have a successful show or movie; the people. All of the crappy films and shows that have come out usually suck because of poor character development and plot. They just rely on lots of pretty effects and cinematography, while neglecting what the whole point was in the first place, A STORY ABOUT PEOPLE.

I plan on buying both seasons 1 and 2 on DVD, and if they come out with a DVD movie, I’ll get that, too.
I can understand Fox canceling a show because it’s not making money; afterall, they are a business. But I just don’t get how people couldn’t like this show. I mostly blame the people who lack any depth to their tastes in shows and movies. They’re the ones who thought movies like Crank and shows like Wheel of Fortune are amazing. (No offense… well maybe a little).

  42. Glen said:

I just bought season 2 today. First in line at best buy. Anyway, leaving this awesome show the way it is terrible! They have got to end it one way or another. This show takes, in my opinion, a better route than t3 or t4. And yes, Thomas Dekker is by far the best John Connor (besides Edward furlong). Lets revive the best show to hit the air.

  43. Ewout said:

Let us fans follow each other on twitter
mine is Ewout4 save TSCC also on twitter..

I hope really for a good story ending.

  44. Joe said:

Come on please let this happen I would definately buy the DVD if they made a Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles movie god knows it would be better than T3 and Salvations combined and is a hell of a lot better both with acting and story line. Thomas Dekker is definetely the best John Connor out of all of them and Summer Glau was amazing at playing Cameron and Allison and Lena Headley was at least on par with Linda Hamilton. To me the TV series was better than all of the films the first two were amazing and blew my mind but it is outdated with modern effects and Summer,Thomas and Lena TSCC is unbelievable, awe insiring and fantastic, shit when they cancelled it I nearly cried. So please bring it back and at least give us a proper ending or like I’m hoping bring it back for more and give it a real chance.

  45. Piotr said:

While I did not think it started well, the series gradually grew on me and by series 2 was excellent. The actors had hit their stride and the writers began to create genuinely interesting scripts. Catherine Weaver in particular was/is a standout and an inspired piece of casting! The stories built to a really interesting finale and the possibilities of differing futures and maybe even universes gives massive scope for plot development. I too hope the film/movie goes ahead and I too will buy it on blu-ray…I already have S1.
Liked the original T film and T2, 3 was so so, 4 oh dear god, dire.

While we’re at it could we please have Firefly back too? Oh and Space above and beyond, Now and again, and all those other good ones cancelled before their time.

  46. Darren said:

Wow, I don’t hear too many people asking for Now and Again or Space Above and Beyond, but yeah, they were great shows. Now and Again was another one of those shows that on one hand had some really terrible aspects to it, but on the other was on the road to becoming superb. Space Above and Beyond was simply brilliant, and in my view, was the real model for Battlestar Galactica.

  47. Brandon Parker said:

Sarah Connor can’t die now doing a movie for this show would be best maybe this time they will get it right and do what I said and put Arnold in the movie to the show in order to get more people to watch the Terminator of anything show or movies Arnold has to be in it.

  48. Gazereths said:

This was one of the greatest shows of recent times IMO, it deserves at least a DVD movie to wrap some things up and hopefully sell well enough to warrant another couple of movies or even a return to TV.

I would buy a pre order DVD movie in a heartbeat!

  49. JOn said:

The Cancellation of this Awe inspiring show is a infuriating slap in the face to fans of TSCC everywhere. TSCC fans everywhere are uniting and fighting the good fight all over the world to save this incredible show. The broadcasting giants of this current aqe no longer care about the fans they hurt. They only care about their cold hard cash. In the end IT’s us THE FANS that control their revenue stream. I say boycott FOX at all costs. Lets make them fully aware of are disgust. BOYCOTT ALL FOX NETWORKS until our demands are meet. UNITED WE STAND. ALL 4 ONE and ONE 4 ALL

  50. Rob said:

Idd we do fight the good fight, i don’t think you’d see this much dedication if for instance Dollhouse was cancelled, which i believe should have been instead of TSCC, but let’s hope for the best!

  51. Rob said:

Btw people buy the dvd’s it lets WB see we are serious about this!

  52. njhadz said:

best news i’ve heard since tscc was cancelled. straight to DVD will be a step closer to getting the series back on air. Lets face it its not like the powers that be will have problems getting the DVDs to sell is it?

  53. Nach() said:

Fox fails to realize without the violence (common with terminator) of course the shows ratings were going to be low.

Not to mention alot of people download their TV and/or movies now, which wouldnt show on ratings.

The series would have been better served on HBO or Showtime. Its future would be better if the last movie hadnt been so terrible, now no one cares about Terminator series because of the crapy movie.

  54. Kevin Wales said:

This is the only series that has really really really interested me.
    I watch it many times.
I have now got both season DVDs (at last).
We are still talking about it & continue to make comments on their forum which includes the wordgame, videos on youtube (lots of them), lots of pictures. You name it, it is there.
I have emailed Mackenzie Smith & Summer Glau’s websites telling them that I want them back ASAP.

What else is there to do? Just hope and pray.
Oh yes and also, fanfiction.net with lots of stories about the series, they are very very good.

  55. Joe M. said:

You know, Dullhouse might get cancelled, so maybe TSCC will get renewed after all…

  56. Phyx said:

*sigh* I hope this happens. I emailed the WB about it and I even emailed syfy. I miss TSCC soooo much. I’ve been watching YouTube vids and my se1&2 discs, but it just doesn’t fill the void.

  57. Nimiane said:

This is a fantastic show, and although I see that it might be odd to make a film of a series that started as a connection to a film franchise, I feel that a film would help with closure. Ths show was cancelled right after a cliffy!!

  58. Erkenbrand said:

I grew up with “The Terminator” and “T2″, and was sadly disappointed when I went to the movies to se “T3″.

Then came “TSCC” like lightning from a clear sky. It really set my emotions in motion; “Wow! New Terminator, new possibilities!”
And I loved it!, both season 1 and now season 2.
I loved the connection between John and Cameron, as if they were ment to be together, maybe with John falling in love with her, and a new era to the man and machine conflict, with her becoming more and more human and in the end maybe even evolving to that point that she sees her self as human Allison- in love with the resistance leader John Connor.
That would have been a lovely twist – and ending.

And now I hope for either the TV/DVD-movie or a third season.
    I’ll cross my fingers.

  59. Peter Daniel said:

I have only just heard that the show has been cancelled.
typical, this is probably the best example of ratings ruining a great concept, the films were spectacularly visual treats with a great absorbing idea, the tv series added far more depth and detail to the story, and the exploration of camerons “prime mission” and the fact she overid her own programming, and the fact it could revert back at any time- left you on the edge of your seat.
lets hope sanity is restored, after all things are usually cancelled when people run out of ideas, not when things are starting to get really going .

  60. Melanie said:

i would so pay up front for a release of the straight to DVD…I need season 3!!!! It was one heck of a cliff hanger to be left on! Fingers crossed xxx

  61. Jake said:

    I want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it’d be the best thing to ever happen

  62. Erica said:

If we could do something, like what they are doing for Legend of the Seeker, that would be great. The fans have raise $9,844 so far and are reaching out to new networks, they are advertising in magazines, and doing everything possible. I wish all the fans for TSCC could come together like them. Check out their site. Maybe we could get some ideas. saveourseeker.com

I love TSCC and I wish we could get it back.

  63. Kevin Wales said:

If it is cheaper to make direct to DVD – then let’s hope they do it.

Shame the TSCC side of things can’t break away from all the moneygrabbers who want massive shares of the franchise.

Perhaps they can find a loophole and let Halcyon & Pacificor stew in their own high expectations.

  64. Steve said:

Wow! Series 1 and 2 are mind blowing! A season 3 is needed to complete this long, intriging and excellent story! All characters in this series are unique and add questions, answers and curiosity to each episode.
Lets face it.. there is a lot of the story we dont know about especially between t2 and t3.

TSCC fills in the story line between sarah and her son and how he becomes john conner the leader. The human element in this show is also excellent especially how differently the characters relate to one another.

TSCC is a well done series with an excellent nail-biting story line.

I think it is cruel to leave the story hanging in the “?” zone!

The fan base of this show is BIGGER than you think! I live in Australia where we too have a large fan base for the show.

Come on TSCC producers.. Please listen to the people who love the show.. a season 3 please! After all, isn’t it people/fans that pay attention to the shows that they can hardly wait to watch every week on your network? This works in your favour too, doesn’t it?

  65. Cynthia said:

The last time I was this disappointed in a show being cancelled was with Firefly. But it is just RUDE to end a series with such a cliffhanger on top of ending it at all. That being said, YES, I’d buy a DVD of TSCC. Think we could get 2?? I’ll be glad to preorder and pay in advance. Hmmm, the fans financing their own DVD, now there’s an idea. Btw I loved Dollhouse too

  66. T888 said:

They should get off their asses and make season 3 as there are many fans down under that would love it.
Me as for one would love to have a “Cameron” by my side Dekker is the best John Conner. Even though Linda Hamilton was my fave Sarah i have nothing but respect for the Sarah in the series.

  67. Anthony Romero said:

I love the Terminator a lot I am still upset for one Arnold was not in the show and the show got cancelled only thing I hated in the show was the fact Arnold did not make time to do the show or make it more important than governor. Summer glau as Cameron was really great and a cool Terminator at times I had to watch the show over again to really see that it was not all that bad other than could have still had Arnold in it and it could of done perfect in the ratings O well what is done is done and there is nothing I can do about it other than just be a huge Terminator Geek. O I also wished Linda was Sarah again but Lena Headey did ok in the show I still enjoyed it and like I said only hated the fact that Arnold did not do at least a cameo like he did in T4 Salvation. O and last but not least I liked Thomas Dekker as John Connor Just wish there were more episodes of him like he did in episode 5 of season 2 when he was at the military school.

  68. mo camp said:

TSCC was terrific, and at the very least deserves ala the firefly/serenity treatment, if not a full new season.

  69. cassie said:

I would realy like to see them make a new season or movie, cuz i’ve seen all the terminator movies and they were okay. But TSCC tv show was the best. I liked watching john as a kid trying to become the man that would save the world, plus you got to know more about sara, his uncle, father and all the other people that helped him along the way. please make a third season!!!

  70. Jin said:

I have just watched both seasons of TSCC back to back within 2 days… it left me totally in awe. Before I catch up with my sleep. I will need to say this.

I have never been that big of a fan of Terminator, but I did see all the movies, and know the storyline. This TSCC is seriously incredibly well crafted and well written.

The very last episode of Season 2 is just one of the best imaginative storytelling I have ever seen. To have John jump to the future, without the only person whom he loves, Sarah, in order to find the chip of this incredibly attractive and likable “machine” called Cameron, who seems to grow in him day by day, and finding the real Allison instead, as well as his father and uncle who did not know him at this point is just the biggest cliffhanger since decades.

I think that any FOX exec who would have seen this episode would be inhuman to discontinue the series.

It has been already a year since the ending of season two, and I have just caught up with all the gossips. Anyone has news on what is next?

Please let me know on how I can help to make a contribution for the future fo this series.

I do believe that someone out there will have the good instincts to bring such a clever and well-crafted show back to us.

I second that!!!!!!! The show must go on!!!!!!! If I owned a house I would sell it too but since I don’t well… anyone looking for a kidney???

And YES Summer Glau has brought a whole new dimension to the Brand Terminator!!!

This series has to continue… I was left with so many unanswered questions and completely wrapped up in the story line and left there hanging on the edge of my seat!!! It’s been far too long they need to bring this series back or release a dvd movie… And all fans should ’swear’ not to download it, purchase only!

Well, I got brave and decided to watch Season 1 Episode 1 and my socks were blown right off. My wife started watching it with me (she’s not a sci-fi fan) and she ended up watching a marathon of both seasons while I was at work…lol

That was about a month ago and I’m just now half way through Season 2. When I read that the show was canceled and that there is not a Season 3 (as of yet), I was very disappointed. I think whoever cancelled this was nuts or committed industrial espionage because this show is hot and kicks major butt. If I had to choose between watching it or watching Smallville, I’d choose The Sarah Connor Chronicles.

PLEASE SOMEONE SYNDICATE THIS THING!!!! Netflix? Hulu? SOMEBODY!!!

Fox is always canceling good shows and leaving the shitty ones! Just like Family Guy, they cancelled it then brought it back. When will they learn?

well, the fools at fox have done it to me again.first it was firefly(oh,the pain!)and now,not content with that they have taken away tscc!it seems that the only thing that matters to these people is the bottom line.i think that the fox execs are alliance moles sent to spread anger and despair across the fanboy universe.i hope that they are listening because I WANT THEM BOTH BACK AND I MEAN NOW!!!! hello to all the fans out there from down under, keep the faith and no power in the “verse can stop us!

Bryan Austin Green finally speaks about his efforts to make a DVD movie for TSCC.
These are the interesting tidbits BAG mentioned or hinted:
    > All of the actors are ready and willing to jump back into any continuation, though Lena is currently pregnant at the moment.
    > They’re pushing to involve Josh Friedman in the writing, but if he is unavailable they’re planning to bring in Zach Stenz (and possibly Ashley Miller) and the writers from “Goodbye To All That” to work on it instead.
    > James Middleton is in partnership with someone (unnamed) and they’re working together to broker a deal for the future.
    > A series isn’t quite what they’re aiming for. A DVD movie or even a proper film is their goal.
    > The movie will continue the story exactly how it was supposed to, but they hope that if it’s successful they can create a sequel to take it up a notch.
    > When asked if fans could donate towards the project, Brian stated that this would be unnecessary as funding is available.

    Woohoo!

Hell Yeah it would be cool for Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles to continue I loved the series just as much as I do the movies now all I can say is I know Arnold may never do the series or maybe who knows he is done with doing anything Terminator but it would be nice if a least he did a cameo in the the now soon to be movie to the Sarah Connor Chronicles maybe they should talk about how he is the key terminator of all terminators. it would be so cool to see him fight Summer Glau 2 of my favorite terminators of all time. good luck Brian Austin Green with trying to keep the show going I just wish Arnold was still part of it I think the show would have not gotten canceled if he was is in it.

  89. Floryn said:

There is no chance Arnold could take part of TSCC ….I really don`t want this, forget Arnold!
He is good just in action movies, but TSCC is more than that:
is about love and sacrifice, it just fit with kind of movies I like the most.

Sorry if I made a mistake….I`m from Romania

I would love, i mean love for the show to come back. When i heard it was canceled I was devastated. I wanted to know so badley at how it would continue. This was I must say one of the greatest shows ever made in my opinion. If this show would come back it would mean the world to not only me but all of the other people who love it as well. :)

  92. Don said:

It has to come back like it just has to. When I watched Terminator Salvation I wished that it would come back. I miss the show so much.

I was devastated when I heard that they’d cancelled this show. That didn’t stop me buying both seasons on DVD though, I aboslutely ADORE this show & cannot believe they didn’t think it worth continuing. Even my teenagers loved it. I was really enjoying how this paralleled the movies too. Surely there was enough of the viewing public to make this worthwhile? (& given alot of the other CRAP on TV the last few years, why cancel the only decent show out there in favour of these other appalling rubbishy shows? makes no sense at all to me)
So anyway, add my vote to bringing back the show.
I’d prefer a series too so that we get the same in-depth storyline as season 1 & 2, but if it has to be a DVD movie, then so be it, I would buy a copy in a flash as I’ll take it however way I can get it…..
    PLEASE BRING BACK TSCC!

I watched Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles first time this summer, because i`m from Romania and I couldn`t watch FOX network.
And now ,after 4 months I`m still desperate about this show.
I made a lot of fan-videos and wallpapers and I`m pretty sure it will be back in 2011,and now I read fanfics so I can keep them into my mind.
    TSCC forever!!!

I live in South Africa, where there are many T:SCC fans. I so wanted a third season, I would pre-order a DVD right now if I could. This was one of the very best shows on TV over the last few years, and to be cancelled like it was is just plain UNFAIR.

Summer is so cut out for the part and let us not forget all the little unappreciated things that she did. A touch of Japanese, a lovely wink, the awesome straight face, the sarcastic laugh to Enrique, how much can a terminator enjoy having a fuss made of her (remember the Chola make-up to hide her face injury?, Sarah was lost for words). Cool Summer was indeed very good in Firefly/Serenity. As for her Angel ballet routine, I could watch her forever in that small role with her lovely Russian accent that she used. The film directors etc just do not realise what she has to offer. Just because she is a nice quiet little lady as opposed to the full-of-it socialites they are forever plugging in E! news – get a brain Ryan Seacrest/Giuliana Rancic, give us a real little lady not those ******* all the time.
(By the way Sum (as your mother calls you), don’t take your clothes off, you will lose the respect of your fans IMO.

Please let this continue. I just finally managed to watch the last episode of season 2 and the thought that it can end there is just painful. What a waste of a great cliff hanger and the possibility to flesh out Kyle Reese. So many possibilities…

John didn’t exist for 20 years the future is not set Kyle is now leader he doesn’t go back. Where did John come from? Don’t forget you’re messing with time travel here don’t get me wrong I want the show to go on with Kyle as leader but I can also tie it up nicely in my mind John did bring the Turk into the future
