‘The Mortal Instruments’ – Another Vampires TV Show?
Vampires still continue to be the current trend, and new movies and TV Shows seem to be coming up on these topics again and again. Now, it’s Unique Features and Constantin Film together with Bob Shaye and Michael Lynne adapting Cassandra Clare’s fantasy books The Mortal Instruments and producing a TV Show based on that.
Story in The Mortal Instruments revolves around teenager Clary Fray’s search for her missing mother, which leads her to a city filled with mysterious fairies, raucous warlocks, vampires and other demons.
“Cassandra Clare has created a truly unique, imaginative and universally appealing world seen through the eyes of a 16-year-old girl,” said Robert Kulzer, who will produce for Constantin Film. Martin Moszkowicz will be executive producer.

Ummm I thought it was being auctioned for a movie but I guess a tv show would be a lot better
AND I would like to state that it is NOT about vampires sure it has some vampires in it but the story does not revolve around them, it’s more about angels, demons and shadowhunters (which are the people that hunt down the demons..)the story has side characters that are vampires, fairies, werewolves, etc. a little of everything.
It’s very interesting and has a unique story. I know that adapting a book to screen or tv is very hard and it wont be exactly like the book (that’s why its based) but I hope the essence is there and they don’t butcher it like what happened to Eragon..
