‘The Vampire Diaries’ Episode 15 ‘A Few Good Men’ to Air in March
The Vampire Diaries‘ last episode has aired on the 11th of February, 2010, but the next episode (S01E15) will air only after the 6 weeks break on March 25, 2010 due to Winter Olympics 2010.
The name of the episode 15 is known: A Few Good Men and CW has already released a promo trailer for it, which you can watch after the jump.

I can’t believe that we have to wait until March for the next VD episode to air…I wish could write to the producers about how totally unacceptable this is!! We all were looking sooo forward til Jan for the new season to air and now we have wait until MARCH total BS!!

What the hell? just because of the mother fucken stupid olymics…it is on 400 other channels that is BULL SHIT fmylife…i cannnot wait that long….who cares just pput it on air it is the only good show on televison..this is the one thing i look forwward to during the week and it is taken away from me….:(:(:@:@:@

I agree as well! I was so excited to see the new episode today and got stuck with re-runs! Not a very happy day :/ I hate these waits, let us see the show!

But the reason why there doing this is because they want us to anticipate it more. I know its upsetting but that only proves how much us Vampire Diaries fans, love the show! Im pretty sure the next episode will be worth the wait!

There i was all excited that it had returned, and now they had to go and stop it all over again for some boring thing that exists on like 100 other channels!! I hate waiting!! In London, that never happens!! they complete an entire series first, then go on to film another one if its a hit…Obviously vampire diaries is a big hit, so what is their problem?

The Vampire Dairies are one of my favorite shows, and I look forward to it each week too. However the Olympics are only on every four years, and the athletes that compete train everyday all year round. They deserve some recognition for all their heard work, plus it gives The CW a chance to film and edit more episodes. The books are pretty good and they are short and easy to read, or the Twilight Saga is good as well.

In all honest, Vampire Diaries > the shitty Olympics, which as some of you have already said, is on countless other channels every goddamn night. No one is going to miss an hour of it.
As for doing this to build anticipation, I think that’s already acheived from week to week. There is a fine line between building anticipation and pushing fans away with the the too frequent breaks between episodes and seasons.

It’s right that they deserve some recognition, but honestly, people who aren’t interested in sports won’t watch it just because Vampire Diaries or other shows are not airing…
It’s really annoying, I was looking forward to this the whole week!!! German TV is kinda slow, the 5th episode was aired as late as yesterday…

Errrr its getting so anoying with everyone comparing every single vampire book or film or tv to twilight. nothing against twilight but come on ! VD was written BEFORE twilight like years before and its what inspired twilight ! will people get over this twilightness already, most people are fake fans anyway who only took an intrest once the films came out. A number of my friends said the books look stupid when i was reading them but when the film came out it was a whole other story !
VD really needs to stop taking all these breaks as the longer they drag out the series the more fans they will lose as people will get bored of having to wait so long and will forget about the show. We waited all that time to get it back on and what did we get 3 episodes then its gone again ! Its just ridiculous !

Damn, thats a long wait. Good thing I have the whole season on 720P on my computer. The episodes are getting good. It’s interesting to see Daemon all sad on episode 14. lol He’s a cool character though.

The Vampire Diaries just had a good sized break. I understand it is for the Olympics but that still isn’t a good reason. I am just worried that the same thing that happened to T:SCC will happen here because of taking too many breaks and the show losing viewers. I pray that that will not happen!

I have never watched the olympics, and neither do my family.
We have all been watching vampire diaries and was looking foward to that episode. I dont feel like waiting a month for that, its such bs its not even funny. Are you guys serious? Like not everyone watches the olympics so u shouldnt cancel it just because of them. Why would u do that? Like who cares, every other t.v show is still on, but you. All im saying is dont blame us when you no longer have a bunch of fans like you used to.

OHH and if you guys were planning on having a break for the winter olypics, then you shouldnt have had a break untill january, because we only got to watch 3 and then its gone again!!!! THATS SO NOT FARE! WE HAD TO WAIT TIL JANUARY AND NOW TILL MARCH, YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE EITHER ONE BREAK BEFORE JANUARY OR ONE FOR THE OLYPICS NOT BOTH, THATS NOT RIGHT.

i am hooked on VD i watched all the shows in one sitting and was about to turn it to the 15th one when i found out there was no 15th one. i mean i know the winter olmpics are every 4 years but its basically shown on ewvery channel. its so unfair i want toknow what happens next considering they left the last one in a cliff hanger and all i have of the next show is a clip that doesnt explain anything or even make sense. jees i have half a mind to write to the producers and tell them what BS this is and what mofo’s they are bieng .

I agree with this im from scotland and episode 5 was only aired last night. Ive watch the whole series on-line and couldnt believe episode 15 isnt getting aired until the 25th march.
i’ve resorted to the books which arent anything like the serises.
lets hope this month goes in quick!
And as for the winter olymics i couldnt give a dam, never been interested in it and never will.

I think VD producers are smart for this reason…they are airing on March 25 because that is when American Idol is going to be down to the top 12 contestants. It’s not only the Olympics they are holding off on–its competition from American Idol. Once AI goes down to their top 12, AI only airs 2 nights instead of Tues-Thurs. Once the show is down to top 12 they will only air AI on Tues and vote off ppl Wed. Since there is no competition for AI (because VD appeals to the same audience as AI, Vampire Diaries won’t see a big drop in ratings because people have nothing to watch on Thursday anymore…SMART!!

I think the main reason for the break on VD was so the cast could begin filming on future episodes and tour. I too am bumbed by the wait till March 25th but I like some of the rest on here won’t cuss and swear. Can’t wait though for episode 15. Hi Elena, Stefan and especially Damon.

Oh come on … Don’t be such hursh on the Olympics.By now we should all have to understund how tv works. It’s all about the money guys … More anticipation means more money from commercials and stuff. Othewise the episode would allready be on the internet. Why this doesn’t happen with movies ? They keep it safe so as for everybody to stay tunned on the 25th in fron of the tv like cows !!!! Tv pays more so they have their little treasure in the safe. Movie bussines should follow their steps if they want all that leaking to stop.
Anyway we will all have to wait … my country doesn’t broadcast the show so I will have to wait a bit longer from everyone else for someone to upload it so that I can see it.
